Essentially Irie LLC is committed to consistently offering the highest quality of products. Our products are carefully inspected and are packaged in a way that can withstand the shipping process, to ensure that your orders arrive fresh and intact.
Essentially Irie LLC does not offer refunds. We do have a policy for returns and exchanges, as outlined below.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

To initiate your return/exchange process, please complete and submit the below form.

You can return your product for store credit or exchange it for a different product.

Essentially Irie LLC will provide a return label for customer returns, however, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges that are associated with exchanges.

The processing time for returns/exchanges will take up to 10 business from receipt of returned items.
CIGARS / TOBACCO

All returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, except where items are damaged or defective. This includes having cigars in their cellophane wrappers.

If one cigar in your bundle was damaged during shipping, the entire bundle must be returned, with all items in their original packages, including their cellophane wrappers.

Tobacco packages that have been opened cannot be returned. Opening packages affects the freshness of the products.

We cannot accept returns for cigars or tobacco that have been cut or smoked or stored improperly.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
ACCESSORIES
