Because we sell consumable tobacco products, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds. Please review our policy below.
Premium Cigars and Tobacco Products
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all sales of premium cigars and other tobacco products are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Premium cigars
- Opened tobacco products
- Products that have been smoked or used
- Products that have been opened after delivery
This policy helps ensure every customer receives products that have been properly handled and stored.
T-Shirts and Accessories
Unused accessories may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery provided they:
- Are unused and in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:

Defective Accessories
If an accessory is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
After inspection and approval, we may:
- Replace the item.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by Essentially IRIE.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is refused or returned because of:

Any approved refund may be reduced by:

- Applicable processing or restocking fees

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Essentially IRIE.
